Our Boudoir Process
Your Phone Consultation
I invite you to schedule a phone consultation to answer any questions and discuss how you'd like to be photographed. If you feel I'm the right photographer for you, we can set a date for your session at my studio in Rolling Meadows, IL.
Your Styling Consultation
We will discuss your wardrobe at the consultation so you can plan your outfits ahead of time. You are welcome to bring anything you wish to wear for your photo shoot. At the same time, I will be available to help you select the most flattering pieces for you.
Scheduling Your Portrait Session
Session times start between 10:00 am and 11:30 am depending on the number of people being photographed with you. The session fee will be due at the time of booking.
Your Session Day!
Before your session, you’ll get a prep list and arrival time confirmation. We’ll start with makeup and hair, based on your preferences. Once approved, I’ll guide you through the shoot, making sure you're comfortable and having fun—feeling like a celebrity!
Reveal Session and Ordering Appointment
You will be invited back to my studio approximately 2-3 weeks after the photo shoot to view your images and make your selection. Portraits are sold separately. What you fall in love with and wish to purchase will be entirely up to you!

About Oksana
My name is Oksana Kami. I’m a Chicago contemporary portrait photographer, who specializes in magazine style photos, intimate portraits and individual fine art pieces.
I believe each woman needs to experience her personal fairy-tale, where she can feel incredibly beautiful. It’s my biggest joy to help you to see how special, how gorgeous, how powerful you are. There’s true magic in having the opportunity to discover yourself again! It’s my job to help you to do that and to deliver the best photo you’ve ever seen of yourself.
Having experience in front of the camera, I know how uncertain one can feel during a photo shoot. That’s why I will gently guide you step by step, while posing you.
I’ve been practicing photography for about eight years. Having a masters degree in art history from Lviv National academy of Arts (Ukraine), helps me to create images that look more like art than traditional portrait photography.
One of my favorite quotes by Alfred Stieglitz is: ”In photography there’s a reality so subtle, that it becomes more real than reality.” Let’s create our reality together!

Absolutely! Each of your gorgeous images will be given Oksana’s Artistic Retouch. This high end retouching is an art form that adds a unique look to your portraits. We want you to look absolutely incredible, yet natural.
Absolutely! We offer digital collections and digital collections with printed products. It’s completely up to you what to choose. The price is nearly the same.
Our session retainer is $650 and includes: Complimentary Zoom Design Consultation with Oksana, Makeover Styling (Hair&Makeup), Guided Posing, a Luxury Portrait/Boudoir Experience (up to 3 outfits), Signature Retouching, Exclusive Image Reveal and Ordering Appointment. Options start at $1200 and go up from there. Every client has different product needs ranging from our luxury portfolio collections and art books to our albums and wall art, but most clients spend several thousand, some clients spend more than that. What you choose to spend is entirely up to you! You are welcome to make that decision during your reveal session where we go through your images together.
